Shipping Time

You should expect to receive your order within 7 to 14 business days.  Bonita Botanicals makes every effort to have the product you need in stock.  However,  in order to provide you with the freshest products possible, we do not stock large volumes which may cause longer shipping times.  We will notify you by email of back orders and estimated shipping dates. 

Shipping Methods.

Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. Customer will have the option to pay for faster shipping methods.

Damaged Shipments.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Orders over $500

Shipments of orders $500 and over will be held until payment method has been completely cleared through our payment gateway. 

Return Merchandise Policy.

Customers may return products within 7 days of receipt of the product for a full refund or merchandise exchange. Customers must contact us to request a refund.  No refunds will be allowed after this time. 

E-mail the refund request to returns@bonitabotanicals.com.   Please specify if you would like a refund or exchange of merchandise in body of the e-mail. 

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for returned merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We are unable to refund shipping costs. 

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase.
